Project description
The services of a web programmer are required. You need to write a script to send SMS from Hilink modem huawei E8372 from Linux (debian).

Hlcli (from github)
And that doesn't work.
Hlcli writes an error when trying to send:
Hilink error 100003: no power
Modem is smart, does not see as a tty device, sewed a variety of firmware, managed to get a pure modem, but SMS was not sent.
I will be able to use the experiment (RDP+SSH)
