Preparation and coordination of project documentation (contract, additional agreement, estimate).
Quality control and deadlines for work at the facilities, organization of the construction process.
Calculation and maintenance of the project budget.
Preparation and control of the schedule of work
Preparation and control of the schedule of supply of materials and equipment
Management of facility resources (finance, personnel, materials and equipment)
Participation in negotiations, meetings with the Customer
Departure to the facility, control and organization of work at the facility
Coordination of actions between related divisions of the company, contractors, designers and customers, foremen and engineers.
Verification and delivery of the object and executive documentation
Management of installation teams

Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in DELECTING work as a project manager;
Higher education (construction or engineering direction).
These requirements are mandatory!
