Project description
Responsibilities:
• Estimates based on defective statements and working drawings in TER, GESS, FER for general construction work, automation, electrical installation, OV, VK, repair and commissioning work
• Verification of the correctness of the application of prices in estimates drawn up by contractors, general contracting organizations, the customer
• Analysis of estimated documentation for compliance with the project by materials, types of work
• Analysis of tender proposals for estimated subcontracting costs
Requirements:
Education in construction or technical.
Experience in a construction organization.
Knowledge of estimated programs: Gosstroy-estimate, Grand-estimate, estimated program RIC.
