Project description
We need a recruitment specialist. Responsibilities:
• Acceptance of the application for recruitment;
• Search and selection of staff for open vacancies,
• Providing a flow of applicants for a vacancy,
• Search for suitable resumes, invitation to an interview (by phone, mail, SMS),
• Initial simple telephone interviews for primary dropout
• Sending the case.
• Interviewing selected candidates + the case obtained. Skype interview
Requirements:
• Stable Internet access,
• Active life position,
• Experience in selection is required Strictly from 1 year and more,
• Achieving results,
• Excellent communication skills with people,
• Successful experience of vacancy closures
Conditions:
• Working from home,
• Payment for the job applicant,
• CRM communication may be provided,
• Current needs of 6 people.
