Project description
A technological project for a fast service restaurant is required.
Tasks:
1. Based on the plan of the BTI premises, make the optimal arrangement of equipment and most importantly the distribution zone along which buyers go and take food.
2. On the basis of measurement plans and wall sections, implement the project as part of:
Leaf 1. Plan of premises with placement of technological equipment
Sheet 2. Plan of dismantled and projected partitions
Sheet 3. Installation plan for connecting technological equipment to electricity supply.
List 4. Installation plan for connecting technological equipment to water supply
Page 5. Installation plan for connecting ventilation technological equipment.
I am a representative of the .
Plans are in place to open 20 restaurants a year.
We need someone who we will remotely train our technology equipment standards – a complete list that remains 90% unchanged from restaurant to restaurant.
A person is required to:
1. Compulsory knowledge of sanpins, guests of construction, fire requirements - presented to catering!
2. Experience in designing technologies catering restaurants, cafes, bars.
3. Spatial vision – how to optimize the location of equipment in a limited area + to arrange the maximum number of seats.
All the standards of furniture, tables – we give.
In the file is a sample of what our standard technology project looks like.
