Project description
The services of an external HR specialist (B2B field) are required.
1. Organize the flow of resumes.
2. Initial processing and selection of candidates
3. Coordination with the customer of candidates for interview
4. Invitation of candidates for interviews
5. Tracking by selection stages, maintaining feedback, etc.
Form of payment and cost of services.
Payment is made through a secure transaction or after signing the act of work performed.
Cost of services:
Option 1:
500 rubles for each candidate who came to the interview
Option 2:
1500 for each candidate who entered the internship
Option 3:
2000 for each candidate who completed a 5-day internship and was employed.
Option 4:
6,000 for each candidate who has worked a month with a minimum of 90% KPI.
