Programmer services are required. You need a Chrome extension/some elementary program that updates the page at IRLEQUAL intervals so that it is impossible to establish the bot activity.
Among the existing extensions (auto refresh, for example) I did not find those that would allow updating at unequal intervals.
I prefer the minimum of my involvement - I don't want to set these gaps myself. It should be, for example, 40 seconds / 3 minutes / 80 seconds, etc., in the interval of 40 seconds-10 minutes in random order.
