Programmer services are required. I am interested in writing addon/shader for Blender graphics program

The work of the addon / shader is to configure the camera under pixel-art. I understand that there is a permission regulation in the blender, but I need to achieve this result.

Why the hell?
This is due to rendering, when you just render with a small resolution, it turns out that the foreground is much more detailed than the background.

I have certain concepts of shader work. Without going into the details of the code, I will simply indicate the final functionality (as I see it):
For example, you can call the panel from the side to any key (which activates the shader script), And in this panel is already setting:
Resolution from 64 to 512 pixels.
Dithering (the slab can be on / off).
And rendering of the object in 8 directions (8 points of the world). It's also marked with a tick. Now let me explain, for example, I want to render the object with this shader. Then in the settings panel I must specify the path where the folder will be created, which will have 8 more folders (each folder is responsible for the direction of light) and they will have rendered frames.
