Create an application for Android

We need an Android app developer. You need to create a simple application based on the console C# application. You need a training Android application (the whole folder of the project + apk, gradle, graphics are minimal, angular, but pleasant color). The basic console app is written in C#. It works great, but it is inconvenient to carry the beech, so you need to transfer to Android. The basis is used Dictionary for storing question-answer pairs (text-text, picture-text). An endless cycle of questions, random questions, wrong answers random. Choose the answer by numbers (the ability to enter manually is laid). All functionality needs to be maintained. If the picture appears, then you must be able to “go away” to the side, so as not to block the answers, and “come back on call.” It should be possible to go back to the very beginning - the choice of settings (as when you open the console application, will be sent by letter).
