Good morning, Colleagues.
We want to find a programmer for permanent cooperation on a salary project for our marketing group. If you are tired of constantly looking for good customers and without deception, all the work is given according to the TK, a lot of current work will be in the precess of work, we give adequate timelines not in a hurry because for us the quality of the work performed is a priority!
We are tired of looking for a new programmer to check him for honesty and professionalism, not to mention punctuality. Don’t answer the guys who have little experience, who want to take a stupid prepayment, who simultaneously 5-10 projects and will support our projects (monitoring will be your work on the schedule of 09.00-19.00) We're off the weekend!
We previously worked for 3 years with 1 freelancer on a permanent basis (taken into the army), we are quite satisfied, because:
The mission is always ours.
Real implementation time requires, i.e. will not be such that would make 15 layouts in 1 day.
Always our trusted customers, with whom we work at least 2 years on a regular basis.
We always pay both an advance payment (up to the 31st) and a salary up to the 15th-16th on a bank card.
We always work under a contract, it is like a guarantee that we are serious and everything is official. We also guarantee that you will work responsibly and according to our schedule. (9-19 hours)
The first 3 months of work we sign a contract of employment with you, for a probationary period with a salary of 25 000R.
Further in the future, upon approval of the management, we are ready to provide you with a salary of 35,000 + a bonus.
