Project description
Experience with the following technologies is required:
- Node.js
- Python.
- PostGIS
- PostgresSQL.
- GDAL.
- Mapnik.
Dano:
There is a ready-made project in the field of Geo Mapping. Source code: client is executed in Python, local server with Node.js. The code is fully running on MacOS (there is a full-time video of the program).
Need to:
1) make the code run on Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (pop up a couple of bugs) on any browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera).
2) make it possible to select many map representations (example: http://www.4umaps.eu/online-outdoor-hike-bicycle-map.aspx ), using the following APIs:
using the 1.Google Maps JavaScript API, 2.OpenLayers JavaScript Mapping Library 3.ArcGIS API for JavaScript,
Make it possible to load 1. Google street maps, 2. Openstreetmap (OpencycleMap extension; example: ) 3. Openstreetmap (design type ).
(3) Add interactivity to the project (the possibility of adding text, pictures, photos, etc., by clicking a mouse).
The source code of the project, the video of the finished project, error screens are attached.
