The online store requires a part-time customer service manager.
At first, you only need to make a few calls a day. Over time, the workload will increase.
Responsibilities:
Advising clients on the purchase of women’s clothing
- support of orders at all stages (from the choice of goods to the receipt of the order by the customer)
- answers to customer calls during working hours (from 10 to 18 hours on MSK with PT)
- Calling "abandoned baskets";
Requirements:
Free Internet access during working hours
A telephone number (preferably not personal)
Payment:
1 month probationary period, payment of % for orders
- further payment by personal agreement
- Reimbursement of billing phone calls
