Project description
Managers (cold calls) :
1. Make cold calls to the customer base with a service offer (100 calls per day)
2. Send a commercial offer to interested customers
3. Make second calls after sending, closing the transaction
4. Monitoring payment
5. Maintaining contact with the client
6. Report every day on the work done (excel table)
Advantages: fast deals 2-3 days, 10-15 interested customers a day, working only with the phone and mail. Disadvantages: communication costs, free communication is provided after probation (2 months or 10 transactions (2 weeks)), work only during daytime working hours
Managers (warm calls)
1. Sending information about the company to the directories of organizations (the first week - 80 ads per day).
2. Sending ads to the message boards about the offer of services by our organization (second week - 80 ads per day)
3. 2-3 weeks - incoming calls processing with the closing of the transaction
4. 3 and subsequent weeks placing at least 30 ads per day
5. Monitoring payment
6. Maintaining contact with the client
7. Every day report on the work done (excel table) Advantages: after placing ads, a large flow of interested customers 20-40 warm customers per day. Mail and telephone (incoming free calls) No costs. Advertisements can be placed in the evening and at night. Disadvantages: the first week low rate of appeals. Provided: 1. Negotiation scripts 2. Commercial offer 3. Mail for mailing 4. Text of the announcements 5. Organizations with telephones in cities.
The salary of the manager is piece-by-piece premium: up to 3 clients per week - 1500 rubles. For the paid client, 5 clients per week 2000 rubles for the paid client, 8 customers per week - 2500 rubles. (When paying for a complex of services - 6000 rubles.) After passing the probationary period of 2 months or 20 transactions, we conclude an employment contract for the provision of services.
