Tasks:
1. Design a common customer database.
Requirements for the base
a. Field
i. Company
ii. Name.
iii. Surname.
iv. Position
v. Phones.
vi. Al. postage
vii. Scope of activities
viii. Country.

b. Receiving samples from the base by criteria
2. Develop a mechanism for transferring data from business cards to digital form with subsequent entry of information into the relevant fields of the database.
3. Transfer information from 10,000 business cards to the database.
4. Translate to the general customer base information on 2,500 contacts from the database exported from the i-phone.
5. Transfer 130,000 contacts from another electronic database to the general customer base.
6. Select a mailing service for a common customer base according to the following criteria:
a. Security – third parties, including The mailing service should not have access to the contacts of the customer base.
b. The highest possible rate of delivery of letters.
7. Establish full compatibility between the database and the mailing service in order to send letters to recipients selected according to certain criteria.
8. Integrate the client base with the site to be able to fill the base with site visitors.
9. Create a form on the site, where visitors can make queries to the database and receive information about the number of companies that meet the criteria for requests.
10. Create a mechanism whereby site visitors for a fee will be able to send their letter to companies that meet the criteria for the request, while not getting access to the contact details of these companies.
