Development of Android application

I need an android application that looks like a speedometer for a car but I need to show the real speed and revolutions from the WDS adapter (for diagnosing cars use ) according to my design speedometer.There is such an app for an android called Torque - used just for diagnosing a car and there is such a function, shows the speed, flow, temperature, etc. So, the principle is the same, connected through bluetooth and when the car is in place, it shows only the turns when the pedal is pressed on the gas, and on the go speed and revs and nothing more.
