Project description
Work from home. 1. Monitoring and analysis of modern methods of teaching English, new textbooks; 2. Development of new methods, training programs and curricula focused on on-line learning; 3. Participation in the selection and training of personnel; 4. Interviewing clients (determining their needs and issuing recommendations); 5. Participation in quality control activities and marketing activities.
Requirements: 1. Higher linguistic/pedagogical education; 2. International Certificates; 3. English level - not lower than Advanced and excellent pronunciation; 4. 3 years of teaching experience; 5. Knowledge of teaching methods and experience in modern teaching aids; 6. Experience in organizing, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the educational process; 7. Experience in the development of methodological manuals and training programs; 8. Experience in selecting and training new staff; 9. Strong communication and management skills, optimism, dynamism, ability to set priorities, leadership qualities, charismaticity, consistency, efficiency, creativity; 10. Experience in distance learning projects is desirable; 11. PC: MS Office, Moodle, distance learning platforms; 12. Experience in communicating with native speakers, living in an English-speaking country.
