Enlarge the horizontal menu block, rename the menu.

On the main page in the central part of the page, create a block of the main news with a photo.
Expand the left block and change the font, make it more readable and compact.
Set up opening the page in a new tab after clicking the news line.
Set up the possibility of authorization through social networks to write comments to news, articles.
Adjust the width of the video block on the right of the page. Add a scroll tape with video footage at the bottom.
Set up access rights to be able to post news, articles, delete comments and have access to the entire site.
Update incompatible plugins.
Indicate in the HTTP headers the date and expiration date of statistical resources, so that the browser downloads previously received resources from the local disk, and not from the Internet.
