Project description
A home sales manager is required.
Main responsibilities:
The information system in the field of housing and communal services requires a remote sales specialist who would masterfully work with potential customers. The main audience is companies working in the housing sector in Russia. The work is carried out strictly on the provided client base through the company’s telephony.
Conditions of work:
• Work is carried out 5/2 (ex.: ret./vsk), min. 6 hours a day
• Work is performed strictly under contract (officially)
• Salary piecework (depends on the number of completed calls +% of sales)
• Calls are received fully automated through your personal account
• The employee must complete a one-day training course before starting work (product familiarity + distance sales technology + technical setup / communication verification).
The time spent on training is also paid (100 R. / hour on average 8 hours per course)
Requirements for the candidate:
We would like to see the candidate be responsible and enjoy talking to people on the phone!
In the candidate, we will welcome the following skills:
• Extremely committed
• Persistence
• Optimism
• Experience in sales or telemarketing
• A huge plus will be technical literacy, knowledge of the basics of IT or accounting programs.
• On the technical side, the candidate must have a good computer (or laptop) with a headset and a permanent Internet connection.
