Office Manager Required for Tenders

The company is the official distributor of ventilation equipment Aerostar, offering various ventilation and air conditioning systems, heating systems, as well as supplying refrigeration equipment from leading world manufacturers and working in the Russian market with large facilities in Moscow and the Moscow region announces recruitment for the position: "Office Manager for work with tenders".
Responsibilities:
- Experience in the field of tenders for at least 1 year;
- Experience in working on electronic platforms;
- Full participation in tenders (preparation of documentation, preparation of applications and requests, participation, etc.);
- Proper documentation;
Ability to work with a large amount of incoming information;
- Execution of tasks on time;
- Daily monitoring of tenders;
- If necessary, to hold meetings with the customer;
- Desire for training in engineering;
- Ownership of office applications;
- Knowledge 44FZ, 223FZ;
Experience in air conditioning and ventilation is desirable.

We propose:
- Registration by the TC of the Russian Federation;
- Probationary period of 3 months;
- Full-time: 5/2; pn.-pt. 9 to 18;
- Probationary salary of 40,000 rubles. The fixed salary is discussed individually.
