Requires an experienced content manager to train a beginner

We're looking for a man to do hourly work to train a newcomer. In general, the work will consist in explaining by Skype with a screen showing how and what to do in different cms, answering questions. Task: to teach the basics of the profession, help create a portfolio, teach to fill online stores, look for work on freelance exchanges, edit photos, perhaps write a description for goods
It does not require constant presence, but at least 2 hours a day, answer questions, etc.
