1. Accept incoming calls (via telephony - you must have a computer or laptop, a good Internet channel - from 2 MB / sec, a headset and a quiet room). The subject of calls - candidates for vacancy.
2 Enter the database (name, age, place of residence, contact phones, where we learned our phone, experience, date and time of call, etc.).
3 You schedule the interview time in accordance with the workload of our employee. Enter the interview record in Google calendar of the employee who will conduct the interview.
5 Control and lead the person before the interview (so that he does not get lost, does not get lost, gets to the place, etc.).
6 Call those who did not come to the interview and try to bring us again, find out why you did not come and make appropriate comments to the database.
7 Keep statistics and reporting
