Depending on the degree of readiness for the participation of the supplier, we conclude or take: an obligation to supply (perform) at the agreed prices, an agency contract for the sale for remuneration, a service contract or the provision of services within the same procedure or urgent.
We assume no prepayment from suppliers, but leave it to the discretion of the negotiator. Our remuneration ranges from 1000 rubles (for filling out the quotation application) to 5% of the contract value (in the case of escort), and up to 100% of the purchase cost (in the case of independent participation). Your reward is up to 10 to 50% of this amount. It is necessary to find and maintain a supplier as the contract with him is implemented.
