A person with organizational experience is required. We need a person in every region. The goal is to organize the work of a remote call-center, operators work from home. The functions of the representative will include: to understand the technology of telephone conversations (if no experience - for control), recruitment of operators, conclusion of contracts with operators, control of the operation of operators (listening of calls made for compliance with standards). With us: provision of work volume, provision of standards, training materials, certification of operators, provision of software, payment of telephony. There is no need to sell anything to the manager. Employment – 10-15 hours per week with 6-8 operators. The result is a lead. Payment is above the market average. Manager’s payment – from the number of operators and the results of their work. The issue of burden, distribution of powers is discussed. It is mandatory to formalize the contract, the presence / opening of an IP or LLC.
