Project description
Software is required for the work of employees:
1. This program should be synchronized with mobile applications on Android and iOS.
2. The program should be synchronized between multiple terminals located in different cities.
3. Sort applications by area (i.e., The Client leaves the application, indicating before that the settlement / city / district, and the program should combine several applications into one and the Operator should see that for example, from one district he has 5 applications, from another 10, etc.
4. Support for SMS reporting (i.e., The operator decides that the Subscriber will leave, for example, on Thursday. On Wednesday, the Subscriber should arrive with an SMS notification of the planned departure. The decision is taken in a few days
This idea is conceived to facilitate the work and exchange of information between customers and performers. The idea will be as follows: the Client installs an application on his device, if necessary, he sends a request for the service. On the basis of geolocation (GPS or otherwise), the application is tied to a specific area and falls into the Operator’s program. For example, we have two Operators, the client starts an application and it goes to the operator serving this area. The operator decides that we will be able to come one day he checks the box or some other way of allocating the area and the program sends SMS notification to all Clients located in the area (in general, all those who did not make an application, but are in the area).
