Project description
We have a network of mobile photo studios at a number of facilities: Flotilla Radisson (on each ship at the retail outlet), Moscow Zoo in summer, GUM-skating rink and skating rink VDNKh in winter, the RIO Oceanarium all year round.
What I would like: To keep a centralized record of materials and equipment and track easily and quickly, what was taken from where and where they were brought, to understand if something was taken from the warehouse and not returned to the points that were written off, that broke, that lost and whose shift.
In the attached file my (somewhat confused:) vision. If we can simplify it, we can discuss it all. If, in general, the task is interesting and the preliminary budget is agreed upon, of course, we need to discuss it in more detail. Next, we plan to add financial accounting, salary calculation and employee ratings.
The sample of those tasks in the Excel file, so I can't unload here. I'll send it on request.
