It requires an executor who, for a modest fee, will do a simple job of developing a program that will implement time series analysis.
Briefly about the work - take the data of their Exelev tablet, run one of three methods, output "calculations" and build graphs. It's all in humble YI.
Methods: Trend line, Seasonal forecasting, Moving average. (All related to time series, statistics)
Under Windu, the language doesn't matter whether the web or not, it doesn't matter either.
