Requirements:
Each group must have a certain number of participants (you can enter it, you can leave it). The group is headed by an administrator. Each group has its own forum. The ability to write messages to the wall of the group is preserved. (since Vkontakte)

The administrator of the group has the right to create statuses and assign them to users of his group. Statuses created by the administrator within the group should be displayed in the group. Statuses received by the user from different groups should be displayed in the profile. The administrator or author of the first topic post on the group forum may set restrictions on access to the topic to users with a certain status.
