Need software for the software and hardware complex for the parking system, which includes computers, which are connected to peripheral devices: fiscal recorder, reader sh / k and card reader.
There should be interaction with devices: the key reader will have to enter data from the database into the key (the numbers of existing cards - subscriptions).
The software should consist of a database (FireBird) and a web server through which you can access the interface for the parking operator and the statistical viewing interface - browser pages.
The interface of the parking operator should have 2 access levels: on the first level (level "Cashier" - allow the sale of card subscriptions at the rates specified in the database (selection of a tariff, creating a record of activation of the card with the selected tariff), the possibility of selling a penalty bar code (button on pressing which will be printed bar code with the current time). On the second level (level "Administrator" - everything that can "Cashier" + registration of free cards, changing tariffs, adding / removing tariffs, maintaining data on the start and end dates of action. The access level is password protected.
The database should contain the information: card number, description of the owner (name), term of use.
This complex should be scalable: when 2 or more of these systems are combined into a network, they should be synchronized (databases should be updated).
