Project description
The task of distribution of subscribers between cellular providers.

There is a certain territory on which the participants (subscribers) are scattered, they either wander or stand still. The provider can set a price for the resource (the price can be fixed or it can be changed).
The subscriber can look at neighboring subscribers (they can be chosen either by chance or according to a certain radius), he looks at neighbors and evaluates their usefulness (compares with his) and decides to change the provider (or does not change). In one stroke of time, all subscribers are redistributed. Eventually, the system should stabilize. If a very large number of subscribers connect to the provider, the quality decreases (vacillation), i.e., the quality of the service is reduced. It is profitable to some level, then back. Let’s say that the subscriber has a certain threshold of inertia, when the threshold at which he measures more than a certain value, he changes the provider. You can divide users into groups (let’s say “youth”, “age people”).
Young people are more inclined to change. Let’s say that as a way to attract subscribers for a time (2-3 quanta of time), a resource discount is introduced.
(i.e., if the subscriber goes to this provider at the time of this quantum, then the price for the resource is set for him with a certain discount.
Subscribers and providers can be placed on the plane each under its own color. Visually display the transitions of subscribers.
Include informative schedules.
