The task is to optimize the functionality of the form:
U=1/(r1-r2)^2+1/(r1-r3)^2+1/(r1-r4)^2+1/(r2-r3)^2+1/(r2-r4)^2+1/(r3-r4)^2.
C is bounded as abs(rA-rB)^2=(2+-c)^2,
Where c = constant, and r1-r4 is the radius of the windcore in the Cartesian three-dimensional coordinate system.
Additional issues are resolved with the contractor.
With the executor, the program code is in the matlab, or the file with the solution and the solution itself.
