You need to create files in doc format from MP3 source - convert spoken speech into text. The principle is “as heard, so written”, nothing to edit (“literature”) is not necessary.
I suggest you set the payment for 1 hour of conversation - sounding MP file c normal playback speed (incomplete hours are paid at the same rate, say, 12 minutes - 20% of the cost of a full hour, 30 minutes - 50%, 45 minutes - 75%, etc.). p.
I am ready to pay with Yandex money. I can consider paying for Webmoney, but Yandex money is preferable.
The amount of payment and the deadlines for the tasks are negotiated individually. In fact, I would like to consider your proposal for your salary.
