Make a table in LibreOffice

I would like to make a sign for leading clients with some “smart” functions, such as dubbing customers for a week in another sheet in the same file (weekly reporting), building charts to find out profitable and non-profitable days, for further assignment of a weekend according to the results of the chart. In a separate sheet, a list of ending policies (a reminder for calling the client and subsequent renewal of the policy)
Everything should be built automatically from the main sheet, with all the necessary information on the client.

Not all of them are the main ones, but the main ones.
The biggest problem is not the excel. This is LibreOffice.
