Hello, there! It is necessary to modify the existing logo, using some features of another pattern.
The first task: in the picture No. 1 depicts the emblem, a symbolic bird, instead of its head, an arrow, directed upwards. The shape of the arrow, wings, wreath and inscription leave as is, but the form of the tail should be taken from figure No. 2. You can try to make the edges of the wings not so sticky, but more even, as in figure 2. But I'm not sure about that, just try it.
Second: in figure 2, the bird is all golden, with a pronounced plumage. And in figure 1 you need to make the same golden color and feathers-scales. Gold, shiny, shiny.
Third: in figure No. 3, the emblem is depicted against the background of a blue sky with rays diverging from it. The final version with the golden falcon should also be depicted on a blue background with the same rays.
