Project description
You need to write a program in Visual C++ that will authorize users. (But only without the possibility of registration.) So only I can add users and passwords to them. If no one has logged in to the account before, then the HWID of the computer through which the account was logged is tied to it. Do not use WindowsForms. The code should be in .cpp.
