Receiving incoming calls, accepting reservations in sanatoriums and boarding houses

Requires for remote work sales managers in the Service of booking rooms with boarding houses and sanatoriums. Experience in sales or contact centers. Mainly with the clock belt of MSK +3

Responsibilities:
Reception of incoming calls
Consultancy on services
Selection of the optimal number for customers
Making outgoing calls to customers of the ticket but need
Bringing customers before making an advance payment and arrival at the Rest Center
Maintaining a customer base in the CRM program

Requirements:
Availability of PC, headset and good Internet speed
PC-based at the user level
Nice voice.
Absence of speech and accent defects
Politeness
Punctuality
Responsibility
Mindfulness.
Knowledge of the CPM program (preferably, if you do not know how to teach)

Conditions:
Work from home.  
Schedule of work with the PN-SB from 6:00-15:00 MSK (the workload is not large, you can work in parallel on other projects or look after children).  
ZP is % of the armor. (discussed in interview).
