Need a lawyer for labor issues with judicial practice

I was fired under the agreement, I was not going to resign, but under psychological pressure, so as not to be fired under the article, I agreed. She was pregnant at the time of her dismissal (3 weeks), and did not tell her employer. There's no corroborating tests yet. Through legal advice prepared and sent a claim, were refused.
