Project description
In a large training center for women in connection with the expansion of the company, a new position is introduced - "Sales Manager" with the prospect of growth to the Head of the call center!
Work is remote, employment is partial.
Schedule of work: by agreement.
Your duties:
• Reporting in CRM-system and Google form;
• Presentation of the company’s products, assistance in their choice, the ability to correctly and easily talk about their advantages;
• Resolving objections;
• Maintaining contact with regular customers throughout the period of cooperation;
Call all incoming orders and all participants of the training in order to register for the next training (warm calls only);
• Assisting the customer in making payment;
• Bringing the customer before payment.
Reward: 10% of sales. With high-quality performance of duties, earnings significantly exceed the average wages even of capital cities.
