You need to write a downloader utility.
Requirements:
Software should start as a high priority service.
Software should be installed in the system not only from the admin but also from a simple user.
After starting, the bootloader must determine the OS, bit rate and some other system parameters and, based on the configuration, pump the necessary files to the computer and launch them.
The software should work on the entire line of Windows from xp to win 8, 32/64 bits.
Software should not be defined by antiviruses as malware, so the contractor must perfectly know the principles of modern antiviruses.
It should be able to run files in RAM.
You have to send reports to the central server.
You should have the option of updating.
Must interact with the downloadable and running software via api. (I will provide all necessary documentation)
Soft should weigh little.
Upon completion of the project, the contractor must hand over to me the source code and gui builder, for the possibility of self-creating builds.
This software will need to be improved and maintained, I am ready to pay for improvements and appendage weekly.
It is highly desirable to have experience with assembler or other low-level programming language.
It is very important to have experience with the mbr or ring 0.
Be sure to have an idea of the work of antiviruses, behavioral analyzers and other things.
It is desirable (but not necessary) to have skills in CP.
It is mandatory to devote at least 4 hours a day to work on the project, regularly contact at a specified time, provide a phone number for personal contact in case you cannot contact the Internet.
