Development of the contractual framework

Develop a contractual basis for a landscape design firm. The main contract - with customers should contain a mandatory phased payment (project, design and estimate works, site preparation, installation of irrigation systems, lighting, selection and payment of planting material, landscaping works). Contracts should be designed as work with physical. persons, and with business and government agencies. Employment contracts are also required for employees (presumably Belarusian citizens, possibly residents and non-residents).
