Creating models in Solid Works 2012

You need to simulate the size of the wheelbarrow one construction, you need only models, the dimensions will be provided, at the bottom attached the picture example.
Detailed drawing in color is not necessary.
We gotta do this.
- The main frame,
- a leg frame,
- bodywork,
- the model of the wheel is or approximately make the size (I can even throw off the finished model),
- wheel attachment loop,
- You'll need to assemble the assembly as well.
