You need to create a sorting based on the two existing XLS files so that only certain records fall into the third file.
The first file - content with goods for downloading;
The second file is the remains in the warehouses.
You need to make the 3rd file with a filter by the number of goods in the warehouse: at least 10, 20, 50 pieces and that this parameter can be set yourself.
