Project description
Hello, there!

I'm a computer programmer. Level's an amateur. The primary language is C. I want to try using the GTK+ library to create a user interface in Windows. I tried many ways to install a library for use in IDE Code::Blocks under Windows, but not one did not help. Either the environment can’t find gtk.h in the include folder, or it can’t find the include folder itself.

Background:

IDE Code:::Blocks 12.04 with MinGW
GTK+ 3.0 all-in-one-bundle
No modifications were made (re-installed the environment after previous attempts to deliver GTK+ failed).

You need to create an instruction "for an idiot". The GTK version is 3.0 and only. Payment after the performance check.
