On the site I want to implement the possibility of sending a question with the attachment of a file. I found a good smfaq module, but there is no file attachment option. So, if you can make it possible in the smfaq module to attach a file to a message + make a checkbox that it confirms that it is not spam - then that's it. That's what I need.
But if that’s not possible, then there’s another module (visforms) where you can attach a file. I will use it to send you a question. I will post the answer and the question via smfaq. But:
Now in the smfaq module it is done so that filling the tab "Details" in the admin. Panels, namely, filling in the author of the question and his e-mail, after the publication of the question to the author, the letter is not sent (by default, the inactive button is made "notification to the author". This is probably due to the fact that the email field is filled by the administrator. So what? I need to fill in the email field after the publication of the question - this email will receive a letter stating that your question has received an answer. Since I will not only publish the question from the author (he will ask this question through another form), but also immediately answer this question.
I mean. I will write questions from users in the administrative panel, which they will send me in another form of visforms. To do this, you can specify the Author of the question + his e-mail in the admin. There is also a tab - send a notification to the author - It would be active there, that is, the letter would be sent if the author of the question asked the question. But if the administrator asks a question for him, the notification button to the author is inactive, even if you fill in all the fields. It is necessary to make sure that after publishing the answer to the question, the administrator sends a letter to the author to his e-mail.
So the problem is either - or. If the first option is to finish the smfaq module and make it possible to attach the file to the question. Then the letter will automatically arrive at the author’s mail when the answer is published. Or then you need to send an email about the publication of the question in the admin module smfaq.
