There are several tables with data on the name of the work.
Each table is tied to a specific type of equipment.
Each title of the work has its own unique number.
It is necessary to create a convenient form for filling out reports on the work done, with the possibility of placing photos in certain places. To avoid errors, the data must be taken from a specific table (Name of works, binding to specific equipment, unique numbers ...)
Based on the data entered, a report on the work done and acts of COP-2, COP-3 should be formed.
