The functions of the application (iphone and android) should be similar to a regular QR scanner with webview function with predefined download links and APIs.
Scenario of work - Request "home url" with verification of the presence of cookies-> display the answer. (If there are no cookies, send them to another url for registration).
The app will be the native front of the existing service.
Implementation on a cross-platform with the provision of source materials.
