We are looking for a freelancer with knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML to color the regions on the map with different colors.
As source codes, there are several CSV files in the format: region, number, where the region is the name of the object, for example - country, city, state, region, and number - is an integer from 1 to 10.
Based on these data, it is necessary to paint over the regions indicated in it on the world map. The color will be determined depending on the number.
The page should initially display a map of the world, where all regions not in the CSV file are colored in a neutral color. And those regions that are in the file should be displayed in the color that corresponds to the number specified in the CSV file.
The map should also be scalable so that you can better see small regions.
And you need to additionally make the possibility of choosing a data source for coloring the map, i.e., the data source. Select one or more files.
