You need to write a simple program with the following functionality: the program is sent a list of proxy accounts and another list with links - the program is authorized to Yandex and adds a site.
The program must add a maximum of 1 site from one account and one proxy! If the proxy is not working, you need to work with the current account and a link to the site until you find a working and add a site.
The program should work without problems on Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8 and be in .exe format.
