I build home-renovation loan calculators for lender websites

Under the hood I implement the actual amortization math your credit department uses, not a generic placeholder formula. If collateral changes the rate tier, the widget recalculates live the moment the checkbox is toggled, so the numbers match what underwriters would actually offer. I tune rate logic, loan limits and rounding rules to match your product, then style the widget to sit naturally inside your existing page rather than looking like a bolted-on plugin.

Delivery is a lightweight embeddable script plus a small config file, so your team can adjust rates or limits later without a developer. I also build in input validation, mobile-friendly sliders, and a clear disclaimer that the figure is indicative, not a binding offer.
