Applications in Cobra language on dotnet CLR

I'll create applications in Cobra language — a modern language with Python-style syntax, static typing, full contracts and unit tests built into the compiler. Code runs on dotnet CLR, so it's fast, portable and easily deploys on Windows, Linux and macOS.
