Linux Admin & DevOps
Service description
I am a Windows systems administrator who lives inside PowerShell, and I turn repetitive manual routines into reliable scripts that run the same way every single time. If your team still creates accounts by hand, edits registry keys one server at a time, or copies files across shares by memory, I can replace all of that with tested automation. I write scripts that provision new servers, configure roles and features, manage Active Directory users and groups, rotate local administrator passwords, and enforce a consistent baseline across every machine you own. My work is not throwaway one-liners: I build parameterised functions and modules with error handling, logging and comments, so the next person can read and trust what runs in production.

Most of my value comes from the boring things that break at three in the morning. I schedule tasks that check disk space, service health, certificate expiry and backup status, then email or post a clear report before anything becomes an outage. I connect PowerShell to Active Directory, Exchange, file servers, DNS and the wider Windows stack, and I am comfortable with remoting, sessions and running commands safely across hundreds of hosts at once. When something already exists in your environment I reuse and extend it rather than reinventing, and I document every switch and parameter so your admins stay in control long after the engagement ends.

Tell me which manual task eats the most time each week and I will show you what automating it looks like. I deliver readable code, a short runbook, and hand-off notes so nothing depends on me being around.
